Roscoe Beck V Bass was the Swiss Army knife of bass tone with a pair of dual coil Jazz Bass pickups that could be split into single-coil pickups using a two-toggle switch combination. An additional 3-position switch allows for even more tonal options. Additional features include an asymmetrical oval neck shape with a 3-string retainer design, a unique “convertible” bridge (top load or strings-through-body), and a matching painted head cap
