Note: Online claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of eligible purchase (last claims by 11:59 pm AEST on 30/09/25).

Entry is open only to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 must have parent/guardian approval. Schools may not enter.

1. During the Promotional Period, purchase any eligible Casio keyboard or digital piano (see Annexure A) from an authorised Casio independent music retailer in Australia (“Participating Retailer”), by cash or credit card only. Excluded retailers: JB Hi-Fi, Catch.com.au, Costco, eBay, Amazon, Kogan, MyDeal, KG Group & Rental Providers.
2. Receive a unique code via SMS as prompted by staff.
3. Within 30 days of purchase, visit winwithcasio.com.au, follow the prompts, and submit the online form with:
   • Personal details
   • Proof of purchase (original or copy of receipt & tax invoice)
   • Unique code
   • Bank account details

If a clear scan/photo of proof of purchase is not provided, the Promoter may deem the claim invalid.

Claimants must keep the original or copy of receipt/invoice clearly showing:

• Participating Retailer name
• Eligible product(s) purchased
• Purchase date within the Promotional Period

One (1) claim per person, and one (1) claim per eligible purchase.

Successful claimants will receive the cashback amount shown in Annexure A for their qualifying purchase.

Please allow up to 60 business days from receipt of your claim for processing. Cashback is by direct deposit only, to the bank account name as provided. Any fees or errors due to incorrect bank details are the claimant’s responsibility; the Promoter takes no liability for misdirected payments.

1. By claiming, you accept these Conditions of Claim and the Schedule.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date. Claims are deemed received when the Promoter receives them, not when transmitted.
3. Only valid and eligible claims made within 30 days of purchase will be accepted.

Not valid with any other offer.

The following are not eligible:

• Employees (and their immediate family) of Participating Retailers, the Promoter, its agencies, distributors, suppliers, subsidiary or associated companies, or any entity involved in running this Promotion.
• Agencies/companies directly associated with management, marketing or determination of winners.

Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child/step-child, parent/step-parent, grandparent/step-grandparent, uncle/aunt, niece/nephew, brother/sister, step-brother/step-sister or 1st cousin.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure by third parties to deliver cashback.
• If the Promotion cannot run as planned (e.g. fraud, technical failure), the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify it, and invalidate affected claims.
• The Promoter may verify claim authenticity and disqualify any claim not in compliance. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims are invalid.
• The Promoter and its agencies are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, personal injury or death except to the extent prohibited by law.
• Failure to enforce any right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Your personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter and used for this Promotion and future marketing in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you choose not to provide required information, you may be ineligible to claim.
