The lightweight 76-key MODX7+ uses the same technology powering the flagship MONTAGE synthesizer: an AWM2 (Advanced Wave Memory 2) sample and synthesis engine coupled with a pure FM-X (Frequency Modulation) synthesizer modernised for amazing sound playback and complex sound design. The MODX7+ offers an 76-note, semi-weighted keyboard action, perfect for the piano player needing a piano-focused instrument with a huge variety of sound. Motion Control puts rhythmic and dynamic control at the player's fingertips for a unique, personalised sound, while Seamless Sound Switching (SSS) is perfect for live performances, ensuring there is no cut-off in envelope or effects when changing sounds. The MODX7+ also offers advanced studio connectivity, with a 4-in/10-out, multi-channel USB audio interface and a downloadable license of Steinberg's Cubase AI digital audio workstation software.
