Five membership tiers

Approved members start at Tier 1, with their member rate active straight away. Earn each listed points goal to unlock the next tier; progress resets to zero when you advance, while lifetime points remain recorded.

The standard schedule is shown, with the 5% Tier 1 rate active from approval. Staff will confirm your exact approved Tier 1 rate; account-specific rates may differ. Sale items and coupons remain separate offers and do not stack with membership pricing.

Who can apply

Membership is reviewed individually for music teachers, schools, music therapists, professional musicians, community organisations, and approved industry partners.

  • Applications are reviewed by store staff.
  • A signed-in customer account and complete billing address are required before applying.
  • Membership is linked to your signed-in account email.
  • If we need more information, we will email you. Update and resubmit the same application without starting again.
  • Approval and the starting member rate are not automatic.
