Reverend Meshell Ndegeocello Fellowship bass
The Meshell Ndegeocello Fellowship bass is a collaboration between Reverend and Meshell. Based on their Thundergun platform, this bass is both minimalist and versatile, covering everything from warm jazz, to percussive funk, to aggressive rock. Built on a platform of simplicity but where so much is possible. That comes down to a few things, namely the pickup and the bridge. The split-coil P-Blade pickup captures the traditional P Bass thump, but Reverend has voiced that it has more sustain, low-end response, clarity, and volume. And with the LockDown bridge, you can either top-load your strings or send them through the body. Even the “Volume” and “Tone” knobs on the bass are stacked, with a centre indent on each dial
