SECTION 21 – AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Certain products may not be available where the existing stock is exhausted or suppliers are unable to meet orders from Carlingford Music Centre. Where this occurs and you have already placed an order and paid in full we will notify you as soon as possible after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund or credit your purchase price in full. 

SECTION 22 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note: Shipping prices quoted on this website are for Australian Metro City and Selected International Countries.

International Orders

We currently support international orders up to 22kg on our website. Orders larger than 22kg will require you to contact us for a quote. We currently ship online to the following countries.

Please note that each individual country has different customs and duty charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges.  Goods will not be released by the carrier until the charges have been paid in full.  It would be prudent to check with local authorities to ascertain the charges, or Google Duty Tax calculator for a particular country.   Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges.   We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.

All International orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) with the exchange rate being determined at the time of the credit card authorisation. Prices listed at the time of checking out include GST, as is required by Australian law. Purchases delivered internationally are not subject to GST. 

Free Shipping

Any item with the “Free Shipping” displayed ships to ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA metropolitan areas for free.

Free Shipping is not available in WA, NT, Far North QLD, TAS or any non-metropolitan or remote location within Australia, as determined by us. Shipping charges to these locations will be displayed in the cart during checkout.

Certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays can occur depending upon the availability of goods from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products where current stocks are sold out or other unforeseen circumstances occur.
